Formally trained in Germany, Wolfgang spent the earlier part of his career in Europe preparing meals in some of the finest resorts and hotels. Chef Wolfgang also spent time developing his considerable talents at the New Harbor Hotel in Hong Kong and Australia's Menzies where he prepared meals for Sir Prince Phillip among countless others.
Once in the United States, Wolfgang began cooking at the celebrated Plentywood Farms. From there, Chef Wolfgang helped open Indian Lakes Resort. Wolfgang decided to go into business for himself twenty years ago and since that time, he has had the pleasure of entertaining and cooking for the late Cardinal Bernadine.
Today Chef Wolfgang still loves to combine his worldly experience with his passion for German cuisine to dazzle customers with authentic German dishes from the comfort of his own kitchen as much as he did twenty years ago. His pride in being able to prepare ample portions and exquisite dishes for his clientele resonates through in every entrée.
